See What My Clients Say

We needed a home inspection completed within 7 days of our bid being accepted. TKO Home Inspections was the first to respond, and quickly set up an inspection within the next couple of days.Todd was extremely personable and helpful through the entire process. He didn’t rush, and made sure that we understood everything during our walk through. The inspection report online was super easy to read and navigate. Even after our inspection was complete, Todd reached out to check on additional inspections we conducted, and has offered to help answer any questions that arise.I would strongly recommend TKO Home Inspections to others.

Todd performed a pre-purchase inspection on a home that was built 7 months ago. Although the home is relatively new, he still did a thorough inspection. Todd was friendly, personable, and delivered the inspection report the same day. - 6/24/2021

Todd is everything you want in an inspector. When we hired him to inspect a home for us he was thorough, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, got the reports to us promptly, and he saved us from buying a real money pit! The reports he sends are clear, accurate, personalized, and highly professional. We've had some experience with other inspectors and were disappointed, but not with Todd! I'd recommend him to any of my friends or family in a heartbeat. - 5/24/2020

He inspected a home I’m selling with multiple LIES on his report I can only guess to justify his fee to the person who hired him he had to make up issues. He killed our deal on a flawless new build. Also damaged my walls and drywall. Buyer beware. I’m filing a complaint with the state also for his fraudulent inspection report. - 7/09/2025
